About

I was introduced to guided meditation and pranayama at a very young age and immediately noticed the mind-body benefits of conscious breathing and meditation.  During my college days at the University of Colorado, I discovered Power Yoga.   After graduating with my Biochemistry degree, I decided to pursue massage therapy.  My studies at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy helped expose me to more holistic healing methods and classical ways to promote healthy lifestyles, allowing yoga to become a necessary part of my life.  My initial journey into the world of Power Yoga leads me to appreciate various forms of yoga and has since become attracted to Prana Flow Yoga.

Prana Flow Yoga is a type of evolutionary vinyasa yoga developed by Shiva Rea which focuses on the movement of the body initiated and guided by the breath. Prana Flow classes are breath inspired journeys that offer various rhythms from meditative and rejuvenating to challenging and empowering. Every class is designed to facilitate whole body transformations in strength and fluidity, circulation and centering.  Prana Flow is a great practice for anyone, who wants to honor the essence of yoga on and off of the mat.  Practicing Prana Flow will help keep your mind, body, and soul refreshed, focused, and connected to the ebb and flow of the natural body rhythms that surrounds your life.

I knew I wanted to share my love of yoga with others and obtained my 200-hr RYT certification through the Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow teacher training program under the mentorship of Maria Garre.  Currently, I am continuing my yoga studies with Shiva Rea and Shannon Paige.

My classes will push your evolutionary edge, and will teach you how to live in the present moment.  Come ready to sweat, laugh, and explore your body’s astonishing capabilities.

I want to show some appreciation to this writer just for rescuing me from this type of circumstance. Just after looking out throughout the the web and obtaining basics which are not powerful, I believed my life was done. Being alive without the presence of solutions to the issues you’ve resolved all through this review is a serious case, and ones which could have in a negative way affected my career if I hadn’t noticed the website. Your ability and kindness in maneuvering the whole thing was vital. I’m not sure what I would’ve done if I hadn’t come across such a point like this. I can at this point relish my future. Thanks for your time so much for your impressive and amazing guide. I won’t hesitate to propose your blog to anyone who will need direction on this issue.
