Private Sessions

All lessons include an initial-in-person-consultation (or phone/e-mail) to determine the students’ goals, experiences, and injuries.  A session can include anything from a strong practice to a restorative practice; this also can include learning to move with specific injuries.

Are you NEW to YOGA?

Private lessons will help you develop a solid foundation for your practice and make you feel ready to jump into a group class with confidence and awareness. Learn modifications and adjustments that work for your body, learn proper breathing methods, increase flexibility, and build strength — all in safe and fun manner.

Are you an EXPERIENCED YOGI?

Private lessons are a highly effective way to take your practice to the next level and learn new challenging poses. Progress in your practice and discover the subtleties of your yoga. I will adjust your sessions to meet your personal needs and goals.

Considerations and Pricing

Please consult your doctor before practicing yoga.

Pricing varies depending on location (available in-studio or in-home).
Semi-privates, small group, couples, corporate yoga, and packages at a discounted rate are available.
